We are making an important update to our Tutor Verification Process to ensure a smoother and more efficient experience. Instead of verifying through a link, tutors are now required to send their verification details via email.
HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR VERIFICATION? (UPDATED)
✔ Step 1: Send the following details to verifytutors@secrosoft.com with the subject “Tutor Verification – [Your Full Name]”
Personal Information:
- First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name
- Phone Number & WhatsApp Number
- State of Residence
- LGA of Residence
Educational Background:
- Institutions Attended, Course Studied, and Certificates Awarded
- Attach Relevant Educational Certificates (Upload Statement of Results if applicable)
Professional Documents:
- Attach Your CV
- Attach a Passport or Portrait Photograph of Yourself
Teaching Experience:
- Tell Us About Your Teaching Experience
- What Are Your Strengths in Teaching?
- What Are Your Weaknesses in Teaching?
- Why Do You Want to Be a Tutor at Secrosoft Learning Hub?
- What Subjects Can You Teach?
- Are You Willing to Be Trained by SLH and Follow Our Teaching Guidelines & Policy?
Identification Documents:
- Upload or Attach One of the Following: NIN, Driver’s License, Voter’s Card, or International Passport.
Current Employment & Teaching Style:
- Are You Currently Working as a School Teacher or Class Teacher?
- If Not, Briefly Tell Us About Your Mode & Scope of Teaching.
Video Introduction:
- Upload or Attach a 2-3 Minute Video Introduction of Yourself, Stating Why You Want to Be a Tutor with SLH.
Certification:
- Certify That All the Information Provided Above is True to the Best of Your Ability.
✔ Step 2: Document & Experience Review – Our team will carefully assess your submission and verify your credentials.
✔ Step 3: One-on-One Teachers Test on Zoom – Once your documents and experience are verified, you will be invited for an online teaching assessment via Zoom.
- A specific topic will be assigned in advance based on the subject you applied to teach, giving you enough time to prepare.
- You will deliver a lesson to a panel of evaluators to assess your teaching skills.
✔ Step 4: If you successfully pass the Zoom assessment, you will receive the Secrosoft Learning Hub Certified Tutor Certificate & License. This officially recognizes you as a verified tutor on the platform. Further details will be provided.
